Welcome to the Pelham House website.
Pelham House provides permanent accommodation and respite care for frail
elderly people in a friendly, homely setting.

We're situated in a
quiet residential street within half a mile of the centre of Wimbledon. Purpose built and equipped, we have 25
pleasant single rooms.
We are a not-for-profit charity affiliated to the Abbeyfield Society, which
provides accommodation for over 8,000 residents throughout the UK.

We have a staff of more
than 20 people - most of whom have been with us for years - with the
qualifications and dedication to provide all the care and help our
residents may need.

Pelham House was awarded
the 'Investor in People' Standard in 2001, and had this reconfirmed in 2002
and again in 2005 at the higher standards now required.

We aim to give elderly
people who need regular assistance in their day-to-day living as pleasant a
home as possible: comfortable, secure, and sociable. We aim to offer this to those who need
it regardless of creed, colour, religion or financial means, and for as
long as they need our help.
